With a reputation for delivering high-quality service, we are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Service Engineer to play a key role in supporting our growing customer base.
The role
As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems for clients across the region. This role will require a mix of mobile and office-based work. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field and possess relevant qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct service, maintenance, and repairs on A/C and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work with a wide variety of clients across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
- Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed at every stage of the process.
- Collaborate with the office team to coordinate and schedule service visits.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a service engineer in A/C and ventilation.
- Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and/or ventilation.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
